Since Chantal Baudron SAS was founded, we have been assisting established and emerging fashion brands in recruiting employees every day. We have worked on every possible role, in a field we have liked and known for a long time, and we even contributed to redefine some of them around the product. We are partners of the Institut Français de la Mode (French Fashion Institute) and members of the Conseil des Affaires Académiques (Academic Affairs Council),associated with developing training programmes.

Luxury goods

We assist businesses specialised in luxury goods in recruiting their employees, allowing them to integrate candidates with international profiles. We work with prominent luxury brands and living heritage companies which are intent on preserving their traditional manufacturing processes. This concept can be applied in many areas and we have clients in the fields of haute couture, leather goods, jewellery, as well as the high-end hospitality industry. We are partners to the “Innovation, Design & Luxury Goods” masters degree programme and associated with the development of their training programme.

Retail

Since the company was founded, we have worked with specialised retail businesses and mass-market distribution companies in recruiting their teams. Our knowledge of the requirements in this field allows us to present our clients with candidates combining operational and strategic skills in order to adapt to the constant changes of the sector. We also recently contributed to the evolution towards e-commerce and omnichannel solutions for a number of our clientele.

Art de vivre

We are particularly devoted to the art de vivre sector, which we have always known thanks to the confidence shown to us by tableware, decorative, and furniture arts, as well as editing brands. We frequently assist specialised brands in their development and evolution in this field.

Beauty

We assist large established and emerging companies commercialising perfume, care products, and make-up, as well as spas and specialised retail brands in the beauty field. We follow this field closely because of the significant changes it is undergoing, following the introduction of new innovative concepts. We are a part of the CEW network and, as a business angel, Chantal Baudron largely contributes to developing start-ups in the cosmetics field.

Health

Our health department is headed by a consultant who has a PhD in pharmacy and more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in both operational and general management positions. Thus, we can offer advice to every international health and welfare companies, whether they work in the industrial, commercial, or service sectors – pharmaceutical research laboratories, subcontractors, “medical device” businesses, food supplement companies, and pharmacy groups.

Digital

For the last 10 years, we have been assisting our clients, whether they be omnichannel or pure players, in their digital evolution by recruiting web and e-commerce experts. We also advise start-ups in the recruitment of their teams. These positions are often newly created and we put a special emphasis on the entrepreneur dimension of the candidates and their ability to quickly integrate an organisation in constant evolution and growth.

Gastronomy / Catering industry

We assist food, catering, and gastronomy brands – delicatessen, catering brands, bakery & pastry networks, wine, champagne, and spirits brands. We decided to create this department because of the changes this field is undergoing with the emergence in the last few years of innovative concepts and new qualitative communication methods designed for their clientele.

Our clients include a number of small and medium-sized industrial companies from all over France and operating in diverse fields – automotive industry, aeronautics, packaging, sub-trade construction, energy, etc.
