You will be responsible for building EMEA regional strategy aligned with the dynamic growth objectives of the company, achieving results and profitability.
You will manage the business with P&L responsibility reporting directly to the CEO.
The company has a solid business presence in France and Germany, the objective is to continue to develop these 2 main markets and to reinforce activities in the UK, Scandinavia, The Netherlands, Russia and the Middle East.
You will develop each market with a specific business plan in conjunction with Marketing and Customer Services, establishing strong relationships with customers and business partners.
You will implement a new and dynamic sales approach using optimised forecasts and sales processes.
You will manage and develop the existing sales and customer service team of around 15 people retaining and also recruiting key talent to build a high performance sales team all over Europe.
You will work closely with all departments to coordinate the sales development plan and ensure the excellence of customer service.
You will be involved in the development strategy of the company proposing an organization that will improve efficiency.
