Processing of personal data

CHANTAL BAUDRON S.A.S. is attentive to data protection and aims to ensure the best level of protection of your personal data in accordance with European Regulation n°2016/679 relative to the protection of natural persons, with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Data collected:

Within the exercise of her missions, entrusted to it by its clients, CHANTAL BAUDRON S.A.S. collects and processes your personal data. Purposes of data processing:

CHANTAL BAUDRON S.A.S. collects and records your personal data in order to carry out the following:

  • Accomplish a recruitment mission entrusted by a client to CHANTAL BAUDRON S.A.S.
  • Complete a candidate database: recording and stocking of CVs belonging to natural persons

In line with GDPR, the main reasons for processing personal client and candidate information are the following:

  • Data processing is necessary to conclude or execute a contract – obligation to provide a service or take the necessary steps, at your request, to conclude a contract, making the processing of your personal data necessary;
  • Data processing is necessary in order to respect legal obligations – CHANTAL BAUDRON S.A.S. is subject to certain legal requirements that may make it necessary to process your personal data. Your data is accessible by all staff members at CHANTAL BAUDRON S.A.S. It is processed using digital tools (ATS application management tool).
CHANTAL BAUDRON S.A.S may also transfer the data collected to its clients who are looking for candidates.
Furthermore, CHANTAL BAUDRON S.A.S. ensures that its subcontractors or suppliers also have a data protection policy in line with GDPR and that the data transferred is only used by CHANTAL BAUDRON S.A.S. or by the subcontractor with the sole aim of carrying out their service activity.

 
Duration of Data Conservation:

We shall automatically hold a candidate’s personal data for two years after the last time we were in contact if a candidate is not placed in the position for which he applied.
If a candidate is placed in the position for which he applied, the data may be held longer.
The duration of conservation and holding of data will depend on the services provided to you and the needs in view of the purpose for which the data was processed.
CHANTAL BAUDRON S.A.S. regularly erases and updates candidate data to ensure that the data held is correct and that it is not held for too long.

The right to information:
When you provide your personal data to CHANTAL BAUDRON S.A.S., on giving your explicit consent, you are provided with a set of information.

Right to Access:
You have the right to obtain from the person in charge of data processing the confirmation that your personal data is not currently being processed and when it is, you will have the right to access such data as well as certain other complementary information. This right also comprises the right to obtain a copy of the data that is being processed.

Right of rectification:
If personal data that we hold on you is incorrect, obsolete, or incomplete, you have the right to have it rectified, updated, or completed.

Right of erasure:
In some circumstances, you have the right to ask that we erase personal data that we hold on you, for example, if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed or if our processing is based on your consent and there are no other legal reasons for us to process the information.

The right of opposition to or limitation of processing:
